MMHA is now accepting online registration for 2025-2026 tournaments.
To apply for MMHA tournaments please complete an online application by selecting APPLY NOW under the specific tournament.
Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted by the Tournament Manager to advise of your application status.
Your entry fee and official Hockey Canada Roster will be requested upon acceptance to the tournament.

Tournament Cancellation Policy
Withdrawal from any tournament after selection is confirmed by MMHA, will result in a refund of the tournament fee, less a $100 administration fee.
Withdrawal from any tournament within 30 days of the tournament start date, will result in a forfeiture of the tournament fee.
Withdrawal from any tournament within 7 days of the tournament start date, will result in a forfeiture of the tournament fee, plus a fine equal to 50% of the tournament fee.
Withdrawal from any tournament following the commencement of the tournament will result in a forfeiture of the tournament fee, plus a fine equal to 100% of the tournament fee.
